Suzi's Knits presents the results of its FIRST contest! I have never been good at naming, and I needed to find a good way to describe these socks. I received 101 e-mails with over 300 names, most of which I liked very much. I had a very hard time deciding, and have therefore picked not only a new name for the socks, but am listing several honerable mentions. Winners will be contacted by e-mail at the address they submitted their names from. So without further ado, My lace rib socks are now named:

Thank you all for all your wonderful ideas. I will defintiely be doing this again next time I am stuck on a name. There are an incredible amount of creative knitters out there!
The sock pattern has yet to be fully written out (I anticipate it will be completed this weekend). When it is written, I will have it test knit and then place it on my website for sale. If you would like to preorder you may do so, and I will send you the pattern once it is ready for publication.
