Suzi's Knits 2008: Knitting on the Run!
I wanted to personally thank everyone who supported my Marathon and fundraising efforts for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, including 3 wonderful yarn shops I highly recommend: Commuknity in San Jose, CA, Cottage Yarns in South San Francisco, CA and Artfibers in San Francisco, CA. Overall, through your support of this site, Suzi's Knits raised $375.70 for the cause. With the incredible help of friends and family, I was able to raise $2705.70 for the SF AIDS foundation! I completed the marathon well within course time limits, with a final time of 5:40:22. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I want to thank everyone who supported me with donations, emails, and an outpouring of support.
